Fred attended Bentley University where he played lacrosse for the Falcons for 4 years as a defenseman, graduating in 1993. He then went on to help build the Hanover MA youth program where he was the Hanover HS lacrosse coach in the early 2000’s. A resident of Easton, Fred has made significant contributions to the Easton youth lacrosse program for both boys and girls and has been a head coach in the program for over a decade. For the last three years, Fred has coached the Piatelli Lacrosse Club 2023 A team out of Wrentham MA. In addition to lacrosse, Fred also coaches ice hockey in the Spitfires girls program out of Foxboro MA.
Boys JV Coach
Coach Lenehan is joining the OA Lacrosse staff for his first season this year. He is in his 5th year working as a Special Ed paraprofessional in the high school and also serves as an assistant football coach in the fall. This will be his 3rd season coaching boys lacrosse. He was previously an assistant/JV coach at South Shore Vo-Tech in Hanover in 2015 and 2016. During his 2 seasons on staff at South Shore, the team qualified for the state small vocational playoffs both years, including winning the state small vocational school championship in 2016. Coach has also been involved in high school football for the last 15 years, including the past 2 seasons here at OA. Coach resides in Brockton with his wife Alicia and their 6 year old daughter Mia.
GIRLS HEAD COACH
Coach Dalzell played lacrosse in college at Roger Williams University, and Graduated in 2020. She is currently a 4th grade Learning Specialist at the Richardson Olmsted School in Easton. She also runs Norfolk Recreation Department's Basketball program and works as a Performance Sports Trainer at the Adirondack club in Franklin, MA
Girls Varsity Assistant Coach
Coach Lamothe started playing lacrosse in high school at Attleboro High and continued through college at Roger Williams University until graduation in 2020. During her lacrosse career, Coach Lamothe played both attack and defense. She now works as a residential teacher for students with autism at the New England Center for Children. She is also working towards her Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis at Western New England University.
